If you think that going for more nutritious options means having to get all new machines, think again. Work with your vending machine supplier to see how your existing machines can dispense other items instead. You'll be amazed at how little effort it takes to make the switch.

--Bottled water: Too many of us turn to sugary colas, chemical-laden diet sodas, and coffee to get hydrated, when really there is absolutely nothing better than water. --Bag the chips: Regular potato or corn chips are fat-laden and greasy pick-me-ups. To satisfy crunchy cravings, you can offer baked chips instead along with a variety of granola bars, bagged nuts, energy bars, and pre-bagged trail mix.
--All-natural fruit juices: Although juice is high in sugar, it does contain essential vitamins and nutrients that enhance overall health and immunities. For a lower-calorie alternative, include a selection of tomato and vegetable juices.
